How long will it take my order to ship?
After I receive your request, pictures and information you will receive a proof in 3 days or less. Once you are satisfied with your proof and payment is complete, you will receive your order within 7 business days. There will be an additional charge for rush orders.

How do I pay for my product?
I will send you an email invoice. You will be able to submit payment within the email through PayPal. No payment is required until you have approved your proofs.

Why do you not offer templates to choose from?
Each picture is unique, just like our personalities. I like to design around the picture rather than use cookie cutter templates. We can go in any direction you like, from funny, serious, elegant, simple to scrapbook types. We can use one or several pictures. (Note:Too many photos will limit the amount of space for wording.) If you have a specific idea, be as detailed as possible in your instructions and I will create it for you.

Do you offer envelopes?
Yes. Envelopes are available upon request at a small additional charge. Approx. $0.10 per envelope. All envelopes are white.

What quality of photo should I provide?
For the best quality your photo should be at least 1600 x 1200 pixels. If your photo is not a good quality, the end result will not be as good. Be sure to set your digital camera to its highest resolution. Your pictures can be scanned it you have a really good scanner.

Will you edit my pictures?
Yes. I will do basic editing, cropping, color change, removing red eyes, simple touch ups. Please let me know the type of editing you would like when you email your request.

Can I order more cards if needed?
Yes. And you will not be charged again for the design. You will only be charge for the price of the cards and shipping.

Can I use a photo that was taken by a professional photographer?
Yes. You will need to get permission from the photographer or studio to use their photos. Most of the time these photos are protected by copyright. By submitting the photo you agree and I will assume that you have obtained permission from the photographer. Usually the photographer will provide you with a release form.

Do you have a return policy?
Due to the fact that our cards are customized, we don't accept any returns. If there is an error that was my fault and happened after approval of your final proof, your order will be reprinted. If there is an error with your order that was present in the final proof and was overlooked, I will be glad to correct it and reprint the cards at a 40% discount.

How do you get my pictures?
The easiest way to send your pictures and additional information is by e-mail. Email your photos to me by using the email tab from my menu bar.

How many proofs do you provide?
I will provide you with two totally different layouts. Once you decide on the layout you would like to go with, we can start tweeking the design until you are satisfied and ready to go to print.

What are your shipping and handling charges?
Shipping and handling is a flat fee of $10 on customized cards. USPS Priority Mail (generally 2-3 days)
